Fremont (23 Jan 1919)

Mrs. Nettie Wilcox went to Granton Monday.

C.J. Bigelow went to Neillsville on business Tuesday.

Several of the young folks spent Monday evening at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Willie Bealer.

Mrs. Lena Bealer is able to be out again after a short sick spell.

C.J. Bigelow was on the sick list a few days last week.

Mrs. Luther Lindow went to Marshfield Tuesday.

B.S. Hallock was in Neillsville on Wednesday.

Luther Lindow attended the school convention in Neillsville Wednesday.

Vera Slover called on Luella Kleinschmidt Wednesday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Paul Bealer entertained company Wednesday evening.

Wm. Lindow and son, Luther, Edwin Meisner, Willie Bigelow and Ezra Drescher sawed wood for Henry Krause Tuesday.

C.J. Bigelow returned from Neillsville Wednesday.

Frank Angel is home for a few days’ visit.

Mrs. Wm. Lindow and Mrs. Luther Lindow visited with Mrs. Emil Lindow Thursday.

Mary Grabe spent last week with her sister, Mrs. Minnie Garbisch.

Mrs. Helen Lindow spent Wednesday with her mother, Mrs. Drescher.

Vera Slover spent Friday afternoon with Mrs. Nettie Wilcox.

Luther Lindow sawed wood for Mr. Grabe Saturday.

Several of the young people spent Saturday evening with Mildred and Frank Angel.

Mr. and Mrs. F. Hill and C.J. Bigelow and family, Mrs. A.W. Loy and Clarence Wilcox and family spent the day with Mr. and Mrs. Waite Wilcox.

Quite a few of the neighbors helped Dan Brooks celebrate his birthday Saturday evening.

The young people’s meeting was held at the B.S. Hallock home Sunday night.

C.J. Bigelow is looking for a farm to rent these days as his time is up on the Wm. Lindow farm on March 10th.
