Two students from Owen (Clark Co., Wis.) were awarded their degrees by the
University of Wisconsin as the first semester of the State University's 1959-60
school year came to a close recently. They were Vilho A. Mutka, Route 2,
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and Edwin L. Behrens, Bachelor of
Science in Chemical Engineering.
