Kille, Mary (11 FEB 1961)
Bouquets of yellow carnations and white snapdragons adorned the altar of St. Michael's Catholic Church at Hewitt for the wedding of Miss Mary Kille, 614 N. Ash Ave., and Joseph B. Langreck, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ferdinand Langreck, route 3, Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.). The bride's father is Macellus Kille of route 5, Marshfield.
The Rev. Bernard Henry officiated at the 10 o'clock nuptial service Saturday morning, Feb. 11, 1961, with the senior choir singing the Nuptial High Mass.
Carrying a cascade arrangement of red roses and feathered white carnations with rose streamers, the bride entered the church with her father. Her embroidered nylon organza over nylon tulle and satin bridal gown was floor length and had fitted bodice with Sabrina neckline trimmed with pearls and sequins, and bouffant skirt with tiers of embroidered organza. Her imported bridal fingertip veil of illusion was attached to a jeweled crown.
Miss Barbara Kille, Marshfield, was the maid of honor, and Mrs. Lawrence Lindner, route 2, Loyal, was bridesmaid. Their frocks of Rachel lace over net and taffeta were ballerina length in mint and melon respectively. Their cummerbunds had butterfly bows and streamers. Complementing their attire were jeweled crowns with matching nose veils. Each carried a cascade arrangement of tangerine-tinted and white carnations with sprays of fern.
Lawrence Lindner, route 2, Loyal, was the best man, and Larry Schiferl, Wis. Rapids, the groomsman. Francis Langreck and Harry Miller were the ushers.
The wedding dinner was served at Paris Avenue Club at Rozellville, and the reception took place from 2 to 5 p.m. in St. Joseph's School Hall, Hewitt.
The bride, who received her education at St. Joseph's Parochial School, Hewitt, and was graduated in 1959 from Marshfield Senior High School, has been employed in the shipping department of the Roddis Division, Weyerhaeuser Corp.
Mr. Langreck went to St. Mary's Parochial School, Greenwood, and is a 1957 graduate of Greenwood High School. He is employed in the same department at Roddis.
Following a honeymoon trip to the southern part of the state, the Langrecks will reside at 1002A S. Central Ave., Marshfield.
