Hoffmann, Nancy Louise (30 MAR 1968)

Mr. and Mrs. Roger Wojner are now making their home in Abbotsford on Highway 13 South. Their marriage took place Saturday, March 30, 1968, at one o'clock at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Dorchester.

Miss Nancy Louise Hoffmann, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Hoffmann of Dorchester, and Roger Wojner, son of Mr. and Mrs. Val Wojner of Abbotsford, repeated their marriage vows in a double ring ceremony, at which the Rev. F.H. Sprengler officiated. Miss Debbie Zier sang "The Lord's Prayer" and Miss Shirley Sprengler was organist.

When Mr. Hoffmann presented his daughter in marriage, she was attired in a floor length lace gown with a short train. Her elbow length veil was secured to a crown of pearls and rhinestone. She carried a bouquet of red roses.

The bridesmaids wore yellow empire styled dresses accented at the waist with a green bow and streamers. They wore floor length gowns and had short sleeves. Their headpieces matched their dresses and they carried nosegay bouquets of stephanotis.

Miss Patsy Hoffmann of Dorchester was her sister's maid of honor. Two friends, Miss Shirley Dukart of Owen and Miss Sherry Baker of Dorchester, were the bridesmaids.

Jerry Wojner of Abbotsford, brother of the groom, was the best man. Kenneth Wilhelmi of Abbotsford and Thomas Ballerstein of Dorchester completed the wedding party.

Pal Kramas of Milwaukee, brother-in-law of the groom, and Dale Hoffmann of Edgar, brother of the bride, performed the ushering duties.

Corsages of red roses and white carnations were given to the mothers of the bridal couple, and corsages of yellow and white carnations were given to the two grandmothers, Mrs. Nora Witt of Abbotsford, and Mrs. Walter Kohnhorst of Spencer.

After the ceremony, a reception was held at the municipal hall at Dorchester and a wedding supper was served to about 250 guests in the church hall at 4:30. In the evening the new Mr. and Mrs. Roger Wojner received congratulations and best wishes of friends at a wedding dance at the Trianon Ballroom. They left on a honeymoon trip to northern Wisconsin.

The bride is a graduate of the Colby High School and prior to their marriage was employed at Neal Smith, Inc., Dorchester. Mr. Wojner is employed at the Abbotsford Auto Co.
