Miss Kathryn J. Brux, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harlan W. Brux, Greenwood (Clark
Co., Wis.), has been selected for a first grade teaching position with the U.S.
Air Force dependent school in Japan.
Miss Brux will be on the teaching staff of Misawa Air Force Base School located
on the main island of Honshu. She left by plane from Eau Claire on August 9,
1963, enroute to Japan via San Francisco and Alaska.
The teacher is a 1957 graduate of Greenwood High School and received her
Bachelor of Science degree from the College of St. Teresa at Winona, Minn., in
1961. For the past two years she has taught at Sunnyside School in Madison.
