Saibold, Linda Marie (Marriage - 28 June 1974)

Miss Linda Marie Saibold of Greenfield, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Saibold of Rt. 1 Neillsville, became the bride of Daniel Russell Kohl in a 7 p.m. ceremony performed Friday, June 28, at Zion Lutheran Church, Granton, by the Rev. Everett Schleef. Mr. and Mrs. Duane Kohl, Marshfield, are the groom’s parents.

Bali Hai supper club was chosen for a reception, dinner and dance following the ceremony.

For her wedding, the bride chose a short sleeved, empire style gown of brocade lace and sheer nylon organza complimented by a fingertip veil. She carried a bouquet of yellow roses, miniature white carnations and baby’s breath as she was presented in marriage by her father.

Mrs. Richard Carolfi, Granton, matron of honor, wore a mint green empire style gown accented with a bouquet of multi-colored flowers.

David Kohl, Stratford, served as bestman. Ushering duties were shared by Richard Carolfi, Granton, and Lee Drescher, Neillsville.

The soloist was Miss Elsie Garbisch and the organist, Mrs. Leland Garbisch.

A 1969 graduate of Loyal High School and a 1973 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing, the new Mrs. Kohl is employed as a registered nurse. Her husband is a 1968 graduate of Columbus High School, Marshfield, and is employed as an electrician. Upon their return from a wedding trip to Canada, they will live in Marshfield.
