The butterfly veil was held in place by a wide crown of Alencon lace and seed pearls. Her cascade bouquet was made up of white cymbidium orchids with stephanotis and ivy.

The bride's maid of honor was her sister, Miss Kristina Micke, with bridesmaids, Mrs. Klayon Micke, Owen, and Mrs. Thomas Smith, Wisconsin Rapids. Junior bridesmaid was Miss Bonnie Bord, sister of the groom, from Wisconsin Rapids. They were attired in yellow floor length gowns in sheer over taffeta. Their slightly raised bodice accented with multi-colored Venice lace were fashioned with square necklines and sheer full sleeves of wrist length. Their hair braid garden hats had a matching trim. Attending the groom as best man was Thomas Smith of Wisconsin Rapids, and groomsmen were Clayton Micke of Owen and James Dunn of Wisconsin Rapids. Ushers were Robert Humke Jr. of Bloomington, Ind. And John Humke of Skokie, Ill.

Following the wedding a dinner was served in the dining room of Holy Rosary Catholic Church. A reception was held that evening at the Meadowview Country Club.
