Albert Klessig was transferred to the hospital in Marshfield Monday from Victory Memorial Hospital at Stanley, where he had been a medical patient for 10 days.

Saturday forenoon J.R. Barager and daughter Jean drove his nephew, John Salo, to Minneapolis, where John later enplaned for his home in the Los Angeles area, after having spent the summer months vacationing here.

The Sam Satonica family enjoyed a three day camping and fishing trip in the vicinity of the Brule river this past week.

Mr. and Mrs. Dick Colby of Milwaukee visited here from Thursday until Saturday with his sister, Mrs. Felix Dietsche, who had been quite ill.

Mr. and Mrs. Herman Rabska drove their daughter Karen to Decorah, Iowa Tuesday, where she is enrooled as a freshman student at Luther College.

A bake sale will be held Friday evening at 7 p.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church's dining room at Withee. Ice cream, pie and coffee will be served. Everyone is welcome.
