Lindloff, Rev. and Mrs. Norman (Silver & Ord. Ann. in Ministry -1974)

The members of St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church of Neillsville observed the 25th anniversary of the ordination of Pastor Norman Lindloff and the 25th wedding anniversary of Pastor and Mrs. Lindloff on Sunday, July 14.

Ladies of the congregation prepared and served a 5 o’clock dinner to 112 relatives, classmates, church council members and their families, and friends.

A 7 p.m. service of thanksgiving was held with the Rev. Raymond Schultz of Wausau as guest speaker and the Rev. Lyle Lindloff of Thiensville as liturgist. St. John’s choir directed by Victor Lehmann, sang “Beside Still Waters, Thou Leadeth Me.” There was also congregational singing.

A reception was held at St. John’s School after the service. The Rev. William Lange of Wisconsin Rapids acted as toastmaster. The Misses Helene and Petra Kalsow, were in charge of the guest book.
