Jagodzinski, Paul (29 JUN 1891- 8 DEC 1967)

At 1:30 Monday afternoon, December 11, 1967, funeral services for Paul Jagodzinski were conducted from the Hoeper and Kraut Funeral Home. Rev. Arnold Woodring, pastor of the Alliance Church, Owen, officiated, with burial being made at Riverside Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers were John Kudingo, Alfred Laabs, Ted Decker, Bob Steffes, Ted Miller and Fred Lulloff.

Mr. Jagodzinski, a former resident of the town of Green Grove, passed away December 8th, 1967 at a nursing home at Oregon, Wisconsin. Death was attributed to complications of old age. He had attained the age of 76 years 5 months and 9 days.

He was born June 29, 1891 in Wisconsin. In 1915 he was wed to the former Clara Miller in a ceremony performed at Winona, Minn. In 1821 the family moved to Clark County, settling on a farm southeast of Owen in the Town of Green Grove, where they lived until his retirement in 1956. Since that time they have made their home at McFarland.

His passing is mourned by his wife; a sister, Mrs. Frank (Frances) Schnick, and a brother, Tony, of Wisconsin Rapids; three ssons, Donald and Graham, Milwaukee, and Arnold of rural Owen; three daughters, Mrs. Joseph (Emily) Makovic, rural Owen; Mrs. Arthur (Lillian) Van Ruth of Wisconsin Rapids and Mrs. Leon (Marjorie) Buchholz, McFarland; seventeen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
