Frank, Air Force M-Sgt. William C. (Military Service -1974)
Air Force M-Sgt. William C. Frank, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred J. Frank of Rt. 1
Merrillan, has graduated from the Strategic Air Command noncommissioned officer
academy at Barksdale, AFB, La. The sergeant, who received advanced military
leadership and management training, is a vehicle maintenance superintendent at
K.I. Sawyer AFB, Mi.
Sergeant Frank attended Lincoln High School in Alma Center.
