----Huber, Ella Frances (Marriage – 18 June 1936)

Married at Trinity Lutheran Church, Spencer, Thursday, June 18, at 2:20, P.M., in the presence of 90 invited guests, Raymond H. Matter to Miss Ella Frances Huber, Rev. A. C. Stapel performing the ceremony.

The bride was attended by Miss Alice Walti, bridesmaid, and Miss Frances Matter, maid of honor. The groom's attendants were James LaSage and Theodore Huber.

The bride wore a dress of white satin and lace with a veil and carried a shower bouquet of white carnations, and roses. The bridesmaid wore a pink satin dress and the maid of honor one of yellow with wrist bouquets. The groom wore a blue suit. The church decorations were of garden flowers.

A reception was held at the home of the bride's parents after the ceremony and a six o'clock dinner served at which 90 plates were laid. The house decorations were in white, yellow and pink with a large white bell in the center of the room. A large wedding cake decorated with roses, pink, yellow and white adorned the table.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wenzel Huber and the groom the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gust Matter. The newly-weds will be at home to their many friends at the home of the groom's parents at June 25, after their return from a week's wedding trip to the southern part of the state.
