Patricia M. Hart, 79, town of Rietbrock, died Saturday, January 24, 2009 at Saint Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 28, 2009 at Holy Family Catholic Church, Poniatowski. Rev. Charles Hiebl and Deacon Leroy Knauf will preside. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Athens and again on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at the church.
There will be a parish vigil service at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday evening at the Athens funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
