Lato, Ted (6 NOV 1952 – 26 SEP 1972)

Funeral services were held on September 28th for Mr. Ted Lato, at St. Hedwig's Catholic Church, Thorp, Wisconsin.

Mr. Lato succumbed on September 26th, 1972 at the Victory Memorial Hospital at Stanley, Wisconsin. He had been in ill health for some time.

Mr. Lato was born on November 6, 1952, at Thorp, Wisconsin. He attended the Thorp School System, where he graduated in 1970.

He was employed at the Joe Lato Corp. at Thorp.

Ted was married to Miss Connie Englebretson on June 10th, 1972, at St. Hedwig's Catholic Church, Thorp. They resided on rt. 3, Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.).

Other survivors include: his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Lato, Thorp; a brother, Ray, at home, and four sisters, Joan Lato, Loyal; Mrs. Jean Petke, Withee; Mary and Rita at home.

Following services, Mr. Lato was laid to rest in the parish cemetery.

Father John Puerner conducted the services, with the Thorp Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Gary Grocholski, Carl Zajack, Frank Harycki, Frank and Jim Lato served as pallbearers.
