Guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Slachetka were entertained on Saturday evening in honor of their son, John Jr., who graduated from high school, were Mr. and Mrs. George Mechley, Gerry, Gary and Tom, Mrs. Ellen Miller and Duane, Mr. and Mrs. Carl V..(?), Mr. and Mrs. Karl Jensen, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Nerdrum and Shirley, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Gaddis, all of Withee; Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Jensen, Owen; Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Slachetka, Timmy, Valerie and David, Mr. and Mrs. Steven Emmett and Sherry of Medford; Mr. and Mrs. Micke Stachnik, Roseann and Donald, Thorp, and Mrs. John Overman, Wausau.

Miss Karen Rabska of River Falls came Thursday to attend the graduation of her brother, Gregg, from Owen-Withee High School.

Mr. and Mrs. Martin Paulsen spent Sunday at the home of his brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Tony Auberg, in Eau Claire.

Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Auberg spent the weekend visiting friends in Green Bay.

Mrs. Ella Snyder, who has been hospitalized at St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield, returned home on Friday.

Mr. and Mrs. Otto Sachs entertained relatives and friends at their home on Sunday in honor of their daughter, Noreen, who graduated from Owen-Withee High School.

Mr. and Mrs. Gay Christophersen went to Minneapolis Saturday, where they attended the graduation of their niece.

Mrs. Phillis Wenzel and Debbie, and Mr. and Mrs. Dale Bower of Minneapolis attended the graduation of their son and brother, Terry Wenzel, from Platteville State University on Sunday afternoon.

Mrs. Rose Leland returned to her home in Eau Claire on Tuesday after spending the weekend at the home of her sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. John Blunck, and other relatives in the area.
