Olson, Elsie “Alice” M. (Brown) (20 JUL 1921 - 26 SEP 2017)

Elsie “Alice” M. Olson, 96 of Stanley, died Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at Country Terrace in Stanley under the care of Heartland Hospice.

She was born on July 20, 1921 in Cleveland, Ohio the daughter of the late Elmer and Bessie
(Kott) Brown. Elsie grew up in Parma, Ohio and graduated from High School there.

After she retired she moved to Stanley where she’s been residing since.

She is survived by a son, Gilbert F. (Diane) Olson, grandson, Kristofer and great granddaughter, Ellie all of North Las Vegas, a son, David A.(Sheila Pelzek) Olson of Marshfield, a grandson, Eric J (Lori) Olson and Kirsten (John Babcock) Olson both of Minneapolis, MN, great grandchildren, George and Calvin Babcock, a niece Kerrie Kay (Dutch) Schneider, grandniece, Rebecca and grandnephew, Eric, and a niece Roberta (Bruce) Broa and a grandniece, Belinda.

Elsie is preceded in death by her parents and brother Robert.

A memorial service for Elsie will be at 2PM on Saturday, September 30th at the Plombon Funeral Home-Stanley with Rev. Kenneth Schmidt officiating.

Visitation will be from 1PM until time of service Saturday.
