Worden, Denise (Marriage - 14 September 1974)

Mr. and Mrs. Charles R. Lindner, who were married in ceremonies performed at the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church, Owen, are making their home on Rt. 1 Greenwood, following their return from a trip to the western states. The Rev. Warren Worden of the Oconto Gospel Church officiate at the September 14 ceremony.

The bride, the former Miss Denise Worden, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Worden, Rt. 2 Greenwood. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Lindner, Rt. 1 Greenwood, are the groom’s parents.

Miss Charlene Fravert, Black River Falls, was the maid-of-honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Mary Kay Lindner, River Falls, and Miss Monica Lindner, Greenwood.

Attending the groom were Greg Lindner, Greenwood, as bestman, and Michael Sladich, Eau Claire, and Ronald Wicklace, River Falls, as groomsmen. Taree Worden, Green Bay, and Dennis Lindner, Greenwood, served as ushers.

Tamee Worden was the flower girl.

The soloist was James Schultz, River Falls, and the organist, Patrice Pakiz, Eau Claire.

A reception was held at St. Mary’s Parish Hall in Greenwood.

The new Mrs. Lindner attended the University Center at Marshfield, and the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She is employed as a medical technologist at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield. Her husband, who attended the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, is engaged in dairy farming.
