Irwin, Patricia S. (Marriage – 27 September 1974)

Marriage vows were exchanged Friday, September 27, at the Christie United Methodist Church by Patricia S. Irwin, and Jerold L. Peterson. The Rev. Eugene Antrim officiated at the 7:30 p.m. ceremony, which was followed by a reception at Bali Hai supper Club.

The bride is the daugher of mrs. Arnold Saf of Neillsville. Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Peterson, rural Greenwood, are the groom’s parents.

Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Voss, Rt. 3 Neillsville, were the couple’s attendants. Miniature attendants were Jerrold Voss and Kathleen and JoAnne Irwin.

Guests were seated, by Gus Schneider and Verlyn Shaw.

Music at the wedding included the selections “Wedding Song,” and “The Lord’s Prayer,” by Jeff and James Voss, and “We’ve Only Just Begun” by Mrs. Burl Galbreath.

The new Mrs. Peterson is a graduate of Maplewood Academy, Hutchinson, Mn., and her husband is a Greenwood High School graduate. Both are employed in Neillsville, where they will live upon their return from a wedding trip to Northern Wisconsin.

Out-of-town guests at the wedding were the bride’s grandmother, Mrs. John Fryer, her sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Burl Galbreath and son, Gregg, and her brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Carney Ferguson, all of Rockford, Il.
