The community is saddened by the death of Ted Downer of Neillsville, who was a
resident of this community for much of his life. He died on Monday morning at
Marshfield, after a brief illness.
On Sunday afternoon Myrtie Davis accompanied Marcia Crothers to the antique show
and sale at Columbus, High School in Marshfield.
The Granton Women's Civic Club will meet on February 4 at the home of Verla
Hales. Edna Lehmann is program chairman for the meeting.
