Schneider, Randall Albert (13 JUN 1951 - 5 JUL 2018)

Randall Albert Schneider, 67 of Boyd, passed away on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at Ascension Our Lady of Victory Hospital-Stanley.

Randy was born in Stanley on June 13, 1951 to Ralph and Marion (Licht) Schneider. He was raised on the Schneider family farm and graduated in 1969 from Stanley-Boyd High School. On July 1, 1972 Randy married Lynda Simon in Stanley.

Randy worked all types of construction for more than 45 years even traveling to Alaska to work for two summers. He was a people person and could spend hours talking to just about anyone. Randy also had a great sense of humor and could come up with a humorous quip in any situation. He loved camping, boating, hunting and fishing and watching his grandchildren grow.

Randy is survived by his wife, Lynda of Boyd, three children, Jennifer Rickey of Chippewa Falls, Christopher (Lori) Schneider of Edgar and Kimberly (Kevin) Tyler of Cadott, six
grandchildren, Brittany and Nicholas Rickey, Rachel, Alex and Samantha Schneider and Peyton Tyler, his mother, Marion Benzschawel, 14 siblings, Ralph (Mary) Schneider of Menomonie, Dale (Carol) Schneider of Ridgefield, WA, Connie (John) Pozdell of Stanley, Michael (Luanne) Schneider of Medford, Timothy (Ruth) Schneider of Fall Creek, Darrell (Darlene) Schneider of Cadott, Cindy (Tim) Kroeplin of Stanley, Brian (Linda) Schneider of Somerset, Paul (Dawn)
Schneider of Chippewa Falls, Dean (Trulena) Schneider of Stanley, Jeff Schneider of Chippewa Falls, Steve (Gina) Schneider of Boyd, Keith Schneider of Stanley, Lisa (Carl) Thomfohrda of Cushing and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father, Ralph (1969), his infant brother John (1946) and step father Bernard Benzschawel (2001).

A Celebration of Life will be held from 4-8 PM on Monday, July 9, 2018 at the Rod and Gun Building in Chapman Park-Stanley.

Plombon Funeral Service-Stanley assisted the family with arrangements.
