Canfield, Lula (? – 11 May 1975)
Word has been received here concerning the death Sunday night, May 11, of Mrs.
Lula Canfield, 76, of Newberg, Or., a former resident of the Romadka area who
moved from Wisconsin in 1938. Services and burial were to be in Newberg.
Mrs. Canfield, the former Lula McClaflin, is survived by a son, Robert Canfield
of rural Granton, in addition to two sons and a daughter, all of Oregon and by
16 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. Her husband preceded her in death
in 1949.
Robert Canfield spent the past week in Newberg and was to attend services for
his mother.
