Rueth, Mary Helen (27 JUL 1974)

Miss Mary Helen Rueth, Marshfield, and Joseph A. Weyer, R. 1, Loyal (Clark Co., Wis.), were united in marriage at 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 27, 1974 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Loyal. Father Chester Osowski officiated at the nuptial mass.

Parents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. Robert Weyer, R. 1, Loyal.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Rueth, R. 2, Loyal.

The bride was seen in a white sheer nylon organza wedding gown with lace and seed pearl trim. Her mantilla veil was laced bordered and was attached to a pill box. She carried a cascade of white Margaret daisies, forget-me-nots, baby's breath, and spregri fern.

The bride's sister, Mrs. Allen Schultz, Schofield, was matron of honor, with Ms. Vicki Rueth, Marshfield, Ms. Nancy Olson, Marshfield, and Mrs. William Rueth, Loyal, as bridesmaids. They were seen in light blue polyester floral sheer gowns and carried clutch bouquets of blue and white majestic daisies tied with white streamers.

James Weyer, Spencer, was best man, and groomsmen were Pat Weyer and Eay Weyer, Loyal, and William Rueth, Loyal.

Ushers were Joe Rueth and Thomas Weyer, Loyal.

Mrs. Sharon Schoonover and Mrs. Diane Anderegg sang, with Jodi Schoonover accompanying on the organ.

A reception was held at the Amber Inn, Loyal, with supper at St. Anthony's Church Hall, and a dance at the Spencer Municipal Hall.

The bride is a 1972 graduate of Loyal High School, and has been employed at the Convalescent Center, Marshfield.

Her husband is a 1969 graduate of Loyal High School, and is employed at the Artcraft Division of Wick Building Systems, Spencer.

After a wedding trip to Florida the couple will make their home at 2313 S. Washington Avenue, Marshfield.
