Caven, Hazel (23 January 1892-12 April 1954)


Native of Greenwood, Wisconsin, Mrs. Hazel Malissa Caven, wife of Roy
Caven, 863 Marentette Avenue, died in Grace Hospital on Saturday, at age
62.

Mrs. Caven, a member of the United Church, has lived in Windsor for
the past 33 years, before which she resided in Picton.

Surviving, in addition to her husband, are a son Ira Irwin Werden
Caven, of Keswick, Ontario, a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Zinck, of Windsor,
six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Nettie
Cox, of Wisconsin.

Funeral services will be be conducted by the Rev. Gordon W. Butt on
Tuesday in Anderson Funeral Home, 895 Oullette Avenue, and burial will
follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
