Two junior class members of the Abbotsford High School were selected to
represent the school at Badger Boys and Badger Girls State. The week long period
of activity will be June 13 to 20 for each. The girls will be at the University
of Wisconsin campus in Madison, and the boys will attend the Ripon College at
Ripon.
The Badger Girl selected was Kathy Schilling, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ervin
Schilling, Abbotsford (Clark Co., Wis.). The Badger Boy is Bob Busse, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Marvin Busse, route 1, Abbotsford. The programs are sponsored by the
Abbotsford Legion and Auxiliary, to teach government organization and practices
to high school juniors.
