Mr. and Mrs. Ted Held of Lyons announce the engagement of their daughter, Kathy Ann Helen, to Peter Fischer, son of Mrs. Carl Fischer and the late Mr. Fischer, Abbotsford (Clark Co., Wis.).

Miss Held, a 1966 graduate of Burlington High School, is employed as a court reporter at the Naval Hospital, Great Lakes, Illinois. Her fiancé, a hospital corpsman there, is a 1966 graduate of Abbotsford High School.

The wedding will be October 3, 1970 in Lyons.
