Aigner, Nora (23 June 1884-14 September 1967)

Services will be conducted Monday at St. John's Catholic Church for
Mrs. Nora Aigner, 83, of 207 N. Chestnout Ave., who died Thursday in St.
Joseph's Hospital where she had been a patient the past week. She had
been in ill health the past six months. The Rt. Rev. Msgr. A. N. Schuh
will officiate and burial will be made in Gate of Heaven cemetery.

Friends may call at the Rembs Chapel Saturday.

The former Nora Vanderhoof was born June 23, 1884 in the Town of
Sherman, Clark County, and as a child came with her parents to
Marshfield, where she received her education. Her marrige to Frank
Aigner, who preceded her in death July 17, 1965, took place January 7,
1904, at St. John's Catholic Church at Marshfield. The late Rev. John
Eisen performed the ceremony.

After their marriage, the couple continued to reside in Marshfield.
They celebrated their golden Wedding anniversary in 1954.

Mrs. Aigner was a member of the Altar-Rosary and Missionary Society.

Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Donald (Florus) Johnson and Mrs.
Virginia Stauber, both of Marshfield; five sons, Robert Aigner,
Loveland, Colorado; Oscar, Roger, Francis and Richard Aigner, all of
Marshfield; four half-sisters, Mrs. Martha Sorenson, Ellensburg,
Washington; Mrs. Jane Meyers, Moses Lake, Washington; Mrs. Violet
Stengel, Modesto, California; and Mrs. Bess Caprai, Priest River, Idaho;
two half-brothers. George Vanderhoof, Tacoma, Washington; and William
Vanderhoof, Spokane, Washington; 28 grandchildren and 24
great-grandchildren.

A daughter preceded her in death.
