A beautiful wedding took place on Saturday, July 5, 1975 when Miss Karen Mary Konieczny became the bride of Mr. Dennis Thomas Rinehart. The 1:30 p.m. ceremony took place at St. Bernard's Catholic Church, Thorp (Clark Co.), Wisconsin, with Father John Puerner officiating in the double ring ceremony.

Miss Konieczny is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Malin Konieczny of Thorp, Wisconsin. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Rinehart of Owen (Clark Co.), Wisconsin.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an organza A-line gown with a circular court length train. The empire bodice was edged with a deep flounce and trimmed with Chantilly lace and seed pearls, as also was her long sleeves and cuffs. Her shoulder length veil fell softly from a Chantilly lace covered cap. The bridal bouquet consisted of a cascade of yellow roses and white stephanotis, accented with green ivy and encircled by a white lace edge.

Attending as maid of honor was Ms. Mary Beth Jarocki of West St. Paul, Minnesota, friend of the bride. The bridesmaids were Mrs. Diane Rinehart of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Mrs. Nancy Tolzmann of Owen, Wis., Ms. Cheryl Cwiklinski of Elmhurst, Illinois, Ms. Sue Konieczny of Thorp, Wis., and Ms. Carol Wojtas of Elmwood Park, Illinois.

The bridesmaids floor length gowns of chiffon were halter in style and had a short sleeved jacket that tied at the empire waist. They wore yellow maize color, while the maid of honor wore a shrimp colored gown. Their white picture hats were trimmed with material of yellow and shrimp colors. Cascades of shrimp tinted daisies accent with a few yellow daisies and intertwined with ivy were carried. The maid of honor's flowers were identical to the bridesmaids, except her consisted of more shrimp tinted daisies to match her gown.

Attending as best man was Mr. Gary Baum of Miami, Florida. Groomsmen were Mr. Dough Rinehart of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Mr. Dan Tolzmann of Owen, Wis., Mr. Warren Reinhart of Owen, Wis., Mr. Wayne Satonica of Owen, Wis., and Mr. Brian Patzfahl of Milwaukee, Wis. They all wore yellow Lord West tuxedos and yellow ruffled shirts with black trim.

Duane Konieczny, brother of the bride, was ring bearer and carried the wedding rings on a heart shaped satin pillow. The flower girl, Cindy Thieme, niece of the groom, carried a basket of yellow daisies. She wore a floor length dress that was the same as the material on the bridesmaids hats.

Ushers were Norman Thieme of Stratford and the late David Cwiklinski of Elmhurst Illinois. Alter boys were brothers of the bride, Ron and Gary.

Following the ceremony a dinner and reception ere held at the Quonset Hall in rural Thorp, Wis., with approximately 250 guests. The music was provided by the Jolly Harmony Kings from Mosinee, Wis.

The bride is a 1972 graduate of Thorp High School and a 1974 graduate of District One Technical Institute, Eau Claire. She is employed as an Accounting Clerk for the Federal Intermediate Credit Bank of St. Paul, Minnesota.

The groom graduated from Owen High School in 1971 and from the District One Technical Institute in 1972. He is presently employed at Montgomery Ward in St. Paul.

After a honeymoon trip to Canada, Maine, Cape Cod and other Eastern states, the newlyweds will make their home at 183 N. McKnight Rd., Apt. 102, St. Paul, Minnesota.
