Foster, Gary (Junior Kiwanian – October 1975)

Gary Foster was installed as Junior Kiwanian of the month Monday evening as the Neillsville Kiwanis Club resumed its practice of honoring outstanding local high school seniors.

Gary, as Eagle Scout, ranks in the upper 10 percent of his class scholastically and has served as vice president of the National Honor Society chapter. He has participated in football and basketball throughout his high school years and has also taken part in track and golf. He was a member of the Spanish Club for one year, was junior class president, is president of the student council and a member of the annual staff.

The October Junior Kiwanian was introduced by Owen Haigh and installed by Leonard Chaltry.

During the meeting, President David Bertz announced the many various committee appointees.
