Kuehn, Ricky Robert (25 October 1953 – 19 February 2020)

Ricky R. Kuehn, age 66, of Granton, died Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at the Marshfield Medical Center in Marshfield.

Ricky Robert Kuehn was born on October 25, 1953 in Marshfield, the son of Lester H. and Arlene G. (Welch) Kuehn Sr. He graduated from Granton High School and then worked at Weinbrenner Shoe Factory in Marshfield before beginning a career as a truck driver. Rick drove semi for the Prince Corporation for over 10 years, and then finished his career driving for Kuehn’s Forest Products.

Rick loved shooting pool and over the years worked hard on his game to become one of the best billiards players in the area.

He is survived by five siblings, Deb Dankemeyer of Granton, Bonnie (Jerome) Jordan of Granton, Jeanette Kuehn of Granton, Lester (Theresa) Kuehn, Jr. of Granton, and Karen Ress of Loyal.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Lester in 1992 and Arlene in 2008, two infant brothers, Kenny and Harvey and a brother-in-law, William Ress.

Funeral Services for Rick will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, February 24, 2020 at the Gesche Funeral Home in Neillsville. Pastor Joe Weiers of the Hillside Community Church will conduct the service. Interment will be in the Zion American Lutheran Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., Monday at the Gesche Funeral Home.
