Airman Frist Class Constance M. Gurklis of R.R. 3, Thorp (Clark Co.), Wisconsin, has been named Outstanding Airman in her unit at Shaw AFB, S.C.

Airman Gurklis, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Gurklis, was selected for her exemplary conduct and duty performance. She is a photographic specialist at Shaw with a unit to the Tactical Air Command, which provides combat units for air support of U.S. ground forces.
