Bugar, Leo (9 September 1918-11 Jun 1979)

SPENCER--Leo Bugar, 60, town of Sherman, Route 2, Spencer, died today at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield. He was admitted there May 29.

Services will be Wednesday at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, the Rev. Chester J. Osowski officiating. Burial will follow in St. Anthony's Cemetery.

Pallbearers, all nephews, will be Paul Bugar, Jr., Scott, Thomas and Gerald Bugar, and Edward and Richard McGuire.

Friends may call Tuesday at Rinka Funeral Home in Loyal. Parish Council of Catholic Women will say a rosary with a prayer service.

Mr. Bugar was born September 9, 1918 at Colby where he attended schools. A construction worker, he was employed by Shober Construction Company, and later with his brother at Bugar's Construction Company. In later years, he farmed in the town of Sherman. He was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church.

Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Gisele Bugar of Loyal; a sister, Mrs. Donald (Helen) McGuire of Milwaukee; four brothers, Robert of Marshfield, Alvin of Eau Claire, and Paul and Donald, both of Loyal. Three brothers are deceased. His father Ignatz, died in 1971.
