Mahl, William Harrison (2 February 1929-17 March 1981)

OWEN--Services will be Friday in St. Mary's Catholic Church, Colby, for William Harrison Mahl, 52, Route 2.

The Rev. Raymond Pedretti is to officiate. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Curtis. Friends may call at Maurina Funeral Home.

Mr. Mahl was dead on arrival Tuesday at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield.

He was born February 2, 1929 in Chicago and married Norma Glassie there May 12, 1951. He did cement construction work in Chicago and worked for Srteckert Manufacturing Company of Abbotsford from 1971 until 1980. He was a veteran of World War II.

Surviving are his wife; three sons, Joseph of Curtiss, and William Jr. and Robert, both of Owen; four daughters, Mrs. Phil (Charmaine) Soder of Chicago, Mrs. Gary (Sharon) Nuernberger of Spencer, Mrs. Joe (Michelle) Lange of Colby and Mrs. Russell (Dawn) Soyk of Abbotsford; one brother, Charles of Chicago; one stepbrother, Wayne Nelson of Chicago; His mother, Mrs. Al (Marie) Nelson of Chicago and nine grandchildren.

His father, Harrison Mahl, and one sister are deceased.
