Christensen, L. C. (1883? – 12 NOV 1971)

Word has been received here of the death of Col. L.C. Christensen, 88, Racine, father of Harold Christensen of Abbotsford. Mr. Christensen died Friday at his home in Sarasota, Florida.

Services were held Tuesday, November 9 at the Hanson Funeral Home in Racine, and burial was made in the West Long Cemetery in that city.

Mr. Christensen had resided in Racine County all of his life and was an auctioneer there for many years. He had also been involved in the real estate and loan business for the past 60 years, retiring in 1971.

Survivors, in addition to his son, Harold Christensen of Abbotsford, include his wife; another son, Norman, Franksville.
