Sturz, John (16 January 1891 - 1 June 1981)
CURTISS -- John Sturz, 90, who was born here, died Monday at Osseo Nursing Home.
Formerly of Eau Claire, he worked for Chicago & North Western railway. He
retired in 1956. On July 10, 1932 in Eau Claire, he married Alvena Sprow.
Surviving are his wife, who lives in Augusta; a son, Marvin, Rockford, Illinois;
a brother, Earl, Fall Creek; 14 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Services will be Thursday at Stokes and Sons Funeral Chapel, Eau Claire, with
burial there in Lake View Cemetery.
