Czeshinski, Ruth (16 May 1909 - 16 September 1981)

OWEN -- Ruth Bertha Czeshinski, 72, 643 East Second St. died today at her home.

Services will be Friday at St. John's Lutheran Church in Withee. The Rev. Douglas R Groenewold, pastor, will officiate and burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Withee. Visitation will be at Maurina Funeral Home in Owen.

The former Ruth Radtke was born May 16, 1909 in Rib Lake. She was married to Adolph Czeshinski July 7, 1934 in Waukegan, Illinois. She was educated at Rib Lake High School and Taylor County Normal School. She taught for five years in the Greenwood area after receiving her teaching certificate.

After her marriage she moved to the Medford area and in 1943 came to Owen. She worked at the Fredrick Post Company from 1951 to 1969.

She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church.

Survivors include one son, Theodore of Milwaukee; to daughters Mrs. Gene (Shirley) Pawlak of Milwaukee and Mrs. John (Dorothy) Habighorst of Three Lakes; two brothers, Raymond of Rib Lake and Leo of Chelsea; two sisters, Mrs. William (Dorothy) Martin and Mrs. Theodore (Arvis) Peleichak, both of Milwaukee; and seven grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her parents and a sister.
