Quicker, Albert (19 September 1896 - 20 January 1982)

GRANTON - Irene Vanderwyst of Granton has received word of the death of her brother, Albert Quicker, 85, El Cajon, California, formerly of the town of Lynn.

He was born September 19, 1896 in Calumet County to Mr. and Mrs. James Quicker. He received his education in Maple Grove School, town of Lynn.

He married Margaret McCabe June 30, 1926. He served in the armed forces during World War I.

Surviving are his wife; two daughters; a son; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one brother, Hubert Quicker of Neillsville; two sisters, Leah Schafer of Marshfield and Irene Vanderwyst of Granton.

He was predeceased by his parents, two brothers and two sisters.
