Funeral services were held September 30 from St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church for Mrs. Martha L. Hoffman, 93, of Memorial Home, who died September 27. The Rev. Norman W. Lindloff officiated, and burial followed in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery at Globe. Arrangements were made by the Georgas-Gesche Funeral Home.

Pallbearers were Jay Seidenkranz, Rick Hoffman, Melvin Hoffmann, Lewis Hoffman, Loren Reitan and Bob Bell.

The seventh and eighth grade choir of St. John’s Lutheran school sang “The Lord’s My Shepherd: and “Asleep in Jesus:. Mrs. Sharron Nemitz was the accompanist.

Among those attending the services were the following from out-of-town, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Fisher, Mrs. Clem Rumble and family, Mrs. Robert Sikes and family, Mr. and Mrs. Loren Reitan and family, Mr. and Mrs. Jay Seidenkranz and family and Edna Lilja, Minneapolis, Mn.; Mr. and Mrs. Herman Widerholdt and Betsy, Lincoln Park, Mi.; Mr. and Mrs. Edward Kalsow, Greenfield; Mr. and Mrs. Paul Klauer, Berlin; Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Klauer, Milwaukee; Mr. and Mrs. Gorge Oleson, Oconomowoc; Mr. and Mrs. Emil Heise, Pine River; Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Thompson and family; Lewis Hoffman; Mark Vornholt, River Falls; Mrs. Fala Gloff and Mrs. John Derge, Marshfield; Ed Kalsow, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Sternitzky and Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Sternitzky, Granton.
