Nirva, William Sulo (4 June 1907 - 14 February 1983)

WITHEE -- William Sulo Nirva, 75, Withee, died Monday at Rio Grande Hospital, McAllen, Texas, where he was a patient for short time. He was living in Los Encinos Park, Alamo, Texas.

He was born June 4, 1907, in Ely, Minnesota, the son of Mr. and Mrs. John (Mary Maki) Nirva. He was a retired farmer and Machinist and a resident of Withee. He spent the past 12 winters in Texas.

He married Leona Lindner. She survives along with son, Chester of Withee; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Lawrence (Bertha) Starr of Port Angeles, Washington.

The body will be cremated and memorial services will be at a later date in Withee.
