Gereau, Henry L. (14 February 1914 - 2 Mar 1983)

WITHEE-- Services for Henry L. Gereau, 69, Route 2, Withee, who died Wednesday at Memorial Hospital, Withee, will be Saturday at the First Apostolic Church, Withee.

The Rev. William Schreffler will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation is at the Maurina Funeral Home, Owen.

He was born February 14, 1914 in Brainerd, Minnesota, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry W. Gereau. He farmed in the Town of Hazelhurst and was a veteran of World War II. He was a member of the American Legion Post of Lublin, and a member of the First Apostolic Church.

Survivors include his father, Henry W. of Withee; four brothers, Floyd and Leo, both of Withee, John of Rockford, Illinois and David of Wausau: and four sisters, Mrs. Jerry (Catherine) Burris of Withee, Mrs. Ervin (Ruth) Gabrielson and Mrs. Eva Ingebrigtson, both of Minneapolis and Mrs. Richard (Sara) Hilton of Rockford, Illinois. He was predeceased by his mother, Anna, and a brother, Philip.
