Swanson, Jacqueline “Jackie” M. (16 December 1958 – 13 February 2021)

Jacqueline “Jackie” M. Swanson, 62, Spencer, passed away on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at her home.

Jackie was born December 16, 1958 in Marshfield to Irwin “Bud” and Elizabeth “Betty” (Mancl) Saverda. She graduated from Columbus Catholic High School. After high school, she worked at Clover Cream for five years, then tended bar with her mother at Betty and Buds Cameron Club for seven years. She later worked at Graham Manufacturing for seven years, and then Marshfield Door Systems for 20 years before retiring in 2014. She married Chris Swanson on April 1, 2011.

Jackie enjoyed walking, garage sales, interior and exterior design, flower gardening, and camping with friends and family.

She is survived by her husband, sons, Jon (Kerry) Saverda of Minneapolis and Dallas (Betsy) Swanson of Abbotsford, and grandchildren, Sawyer and Ivy Swanson. She is further survived by her father, brother, Bob (Sue) Saverda of Marshfield, sisters, Kathy Kollmansberger and Karen Apfelbeck, of Abbotsford, in-laws, Jon (Dianne) Swanson of Marshfield and Holly Swanson of Little Chute, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother.

A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on July 10, 2021 at the Spencer Lions Club. More details will follow at Jackie’s Entourage on Facebook.
