Rondorf (Rosenberg), Eleanor M. (17 October 1916 - 24 March 1983)

Mrs. Alfred P. (Eleanor M.) Rondorf, 66, of 1602 S. Cedar Ave., died Thursday at St. Joseph's Hospital. She had been a patient there since March 11.

Services will be Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. The Rev. Peter J. Leketas will officiate. Burial will be in Neillsville City Cemetery. Grandsons and nephews will be pallbearers, Visitation will be at Rembs/Kundinger Chapel.

The former Eleanore M. Brautigam was born October 17, 1916 in Chicago. the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. (Augustine Marose) Brautigam. She received her education in Chicago schools, and moved to Neillsville in 1945. She was employed by local business firms in Neillsville.

She was married to Ralph Rosenberg on June 26, 1935 (date mis-typed; assumed 1935), in Chicago; he died March 26, 1966. She and Alfred P. Rondorf were married July 19, 1969 in Neillsville. He died September 2, 1979. After her second marriage she moved to Marshfield, residing here since.

She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and its Christian Mothers Society; the Catholic Daughters of America; and the Wilson-Heintz Ladies Auxiliary to the V.F.W. of Neillsville.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Craig (Diane) Grau of Duluth, Minnesota and Mrs. Gary (Carol) Ziegler of Hales Corners; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Arnold (Darleen) Brock of Loyal and Mrs. Philip (Karen) Kundinger of Hewitt; 16 grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Warren (Lorraine) Rudnick of Streamwood, Illinois and Mrs. George (Bernice) Kopta of Chicago.

She was also predeceased by a son in infancy, per parents and two brothers.
