Mrs. James Barager was at the memorial pylon at the Wisconsin Newspaper Association Memorial Gove at Trees for Tomorrow. On this pylon the names of decease newspaper editors have been place in their memory. A memorial service was held for the ten publishers added, with James Barager, Editor of the Owen Enterprise, who passed away this summer, and Robert Elkins, Editor of the Thorp Courier, included.
