Leach, Earl L. (15 Jul 1955 – 02 Oct 1976)

Earl Lester Leach, 21, Route 2, Withee, died of pneumonia at 11:15 p.m. Saturday at his home.

Services were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Hemer Funeral Home, Medford, and at 3:30 p.m. at the Roseberrry Funeral Home in Friendship. Burial was at the Friendship Public Cemetery. The Rev. Douglas R. Groenewold, pastor of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Withee, officiated.

Mr. Leach was born July 15, 1955 in Berlin, Wisconsin. He was a 1976 graduate of Medford Senior High School, and had been an invalid his entire life.

Survivors include three brothers, Jerry, Arleigh and LeRoy, all at home; a sister, Mrs. Yvonne Coldbjoinsen, St. Paul, Minnesota, and his mother, Mrs. Alfred (Opal) Frischmann, Route 2, Withee.

His father, Lester Leach, preceded him in death in 1975.
