Hammel, Sheila Mary (6 Jul 1970 – 28 Jan 1972)

Sheila Mary Hammel, 18 month old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Hammel of rural Atehsn, died Friday at her home. She had been ill since birth.

Funeral services were held Monday at the Polnaszek Funeral Home and St. Thomas Catholic Church, Milan, with the Rev. Stashek officiating. Burial was in the Milan Cemetery.

Sheila was born July 6, 1970, in the Town of Johnson (Marathon Co.). Survivors are her parents and four brothers, Steven, Scott, Sane and Dale, and two sisters, Sandra and Shelly, all at home.

The paternal grandmother, Mrs. Lillian Hammel, Boyd; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Jensen, Charles City, Iowa, also survive.
