Mrs. Juanita M. Krug of Owen recently received her Certificate of Award from the Washington School of Art, Port Washington, N.Y. The wife of David J. Krug and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Francis Wiese of Abbotsford, Mrs. Krug successfully completed a two year home study program which covers the fundamentals of drawing with various media from ink to oil paints and the major fields of commercial and fine arts.

A member of the Black River Art Society of Medford, Mrs. Krug paints for spring and fall exhibits. She paints for her own pleasure, adding to her many activities, including den mother, officer of the Ladies Aid, and Youth Leader of F.U.
