Mr. and Mrs. Conrad Flink of Colby received a surprise direct telephone call at 8 p.m. from their son Richard, who is at Quin Han, Vietnam. He has recently been promoted to sergeant and was in Quin Han to be fitted for flight glasses. He is a helicopter crew chief in the Central Highland area. He has been in Vietnam since August.
