Campman, William (100th - 1978)

A special dinner honoring William Campman, who will be celebrating his 100th birthday on August 30 has been announced by Neillsville Masonic Lodge members.

The event, to be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, August 31, in the Masonic Temple, is open to the public.

Campman, who was honored recently as being a member of the Masonic Order for 75 years, is a life-long resident of the Neillsville area. He practiced law for a number of years and up until a short time ago resided in his Clay Street home. He is now a resident of the Neillsville Memorial Home.

Several honored guests are expected to attend the event, including state ranking Masons. There is a limited number of tickets, the Masons reported. Tickets are available from Horswill’s Café, Opelt’s Skogmo Store, Mabie’s Barbershop, Sniteman Pharmacy and Lyle Miller’s music and Appliance Center.
