Geisler, Naomi L. (15 December 1908 – 27 September 1960)

Mrs. George Geisler, 51, died at the Neillsville Hospital Tuesday, Sept. 27, where she had been under care for the past five days. She has been in ill health for some time.

Naomi L. Cook was born in Merrillan, Dec. 15, 1908, to William and Clara Kopp Cook and had lived in this community all her life. Surviving is her husband, and four daughters, Mrs. Wesley (Berniece) Stoddard, Mrs. William (Wilma) Tennant, both of Merrillan, Mrs. Harland (Francis) Larson, Alma Center, and Jean at home, and a son, George Jr., also, her stepmother, Mrs. Helen Siems, Merrillan, and eight grandchildren.

Services will be conducted from the Merrillan Methodist Church today at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Richard Schriver. Burial will be in the Oakwood Cemetery. Friends may call at the Jensen Funeral Home at Hixton until 11 a.m. and then at the church until time of services.
