Jim Polnaszek, the Abbotsford Falcon’s ace quarterback, and Gloria Lueth will
reign as king and queen during homecoming activities set for this weekend at
Abbotsford High School.
On Thursday evening, a gunfire celebration will be held with skits to be
presented by the classes and organization following the bonfire. The skits will
be performed in the school gymnasium.
Friday evening, the Falcons will host eh Spencer Rockets. Half time activities
will include marching rudiments and kaleidoscopes performed by the Abby High
march band under the direction of Martin Schultz.
Also this year, the homecoming king and queen will be crowned at the football
field. After the game, an informal party will be held in the high school
cafeteria for at football players, coaches and students.
Again this year, the halls in the school will be decorated by the classes.
Prizes will be $20 for first place; $15 for second; $10 for third, and $5 for
fourth place.
