Seven members of the Abbotsford Future Farmers of America recently attended the sectional officer workshop at Loyal High School. They included Frank Beran, David Jahnke, Norman Beran, John Prestebak, Dough Lueth, Joel Schauer, and Gerald Schreiber. Their advisor, Dale Strassburg, also attended.

The purpose of this workshop was to help the FFA to update the organization. The main speaker, Arnold B. Cordes, State Executive Secretary of the FFA, spoke of Operation Update, and also showed slides of different FFA chapters, which are increasing membership and improving the scope of their programs.
